Hydroponics is simply described as growing plants without soil. Hydroponics allows you to control more of the variables including pH levels, lighting and nutrients for optimal plant growth and produce yields. Water is the main method of delivering the nutrients to the plant’s roots, combined with growing media to help support the plant. Hydroponically grown plants dip their roots directly into nutrient-rich solutions, so plants get more of what they need much faster and easier. Hydroponic farming can be used in locations where soil conditions are too poor to support farming, or where space is limited. It can be done anytime and anywhere!

The Bamboo Range is available to purchase in the Honeys Hex Climber and also the Honey Bee.

Both Climbers are 29.5cm tall and will fit perfectly into a pot that allows 8cm for the leg supports to go into.

Bamboo is a sustainable product for our environment, so happy plant with its support and happy environment.

NOTE: Bamboo is a natural material, so all products vary in colour, wood knots and textures. But I see this as part of the beauty of the bamboo. They are lightly sanded before packing so will be nice and smooth ready to pot into your favourite climbing plant.

Bamboo being a natural material will also swell and may lightly warp when planted. This will also reduce its life longevity as it may deteriorate over time. If this is a concern to you I would suggest looking at Honeys Acrylic range of climbers.
